Grain Free Granola

Ingredients

Part 1

  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts
  • 1/4 cup raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup raw walnuts
  • 1/4 cup raw pecans
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tsp raw unpasteurized honey
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Part 2

  • 1/2 cup dried coconut, shredded
  • 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup dried golden berries
  • 1/4 cup dried mulberries
  • 1/4 cup dried goji berries
  • 1/4 cup dried apples, diced
  • 1/4 cup dried blueberries

Directions

  • In a food processor combine part 1 ingredients (except honey and coconut oil) and pulse several times to coarsely chop nuts and seeds
  • Add honey and coconut oil and pulse until well combined
  • In a large bowl combine part 2 ingredients then add part 1 ingredients and mix well
  • Store in an air tight container

Nutritious snack or meal

Serve suggestions:

Add milk and eat like a cereal

Sprinkle over yogurt
